Self-Care Tips + a Cozy Soup Recipe!🍲

Hey friends,

In the midst of all that’s happening in the world—whether you’re calm, anxious, joyful, or a bit uncertain—I hope this email finds you navigating the holiday season as best as you can. All this, combined with virus season approaching and the holiday buzz starting to build, makes it more important than ever to find those small comforts that keep us steady.

As November unfolds, I’m reminded of how powerful it can be to center ourselves before the holiday rush. Thanksgiving invites us to slow down, reflect, and connect with gratitude—a valuable pause before the year-end whirlwind. I often discuss this with my clients, who find that setting up simple self-care practices early can make all the difference.

I’m thankful for the chance to share this journey with you and for the beautiful community we’re building together. I hope you find some peaceful moments to pause, reflect, and give yourself the care you deserve as we head into the holidays.

Wishing you a November filled with gratitude, warm soups, and moments of calm,

Here are some self-care tips that have helped me and many of the women I’ve worked with—perhaps you’ll find one or two that speak to you during this unique season.

Tip #1: Schedule Time for Self-Care

When life gets chaotic, I block off little moments for myself to reset—like a morning walk, a cozy reading break, or even just ten minutes to breathe and relax. My clients often tell me that treating self-care like a non-negotiable appointment has been a game-changer, especially when holiday stress creeps in.

Tip #2: Set Intentional Boundaries

Setting boundaries to protect my energy isn’t about missing out; it’s about showing up more fully for the things that matter. Whether carving out alone time during family visits or saying no to an extra commitment, I’ve seen how life-changing it can be for my clients to give themselves permission to do the same.

Tip #3: Embracing Nourishment

The holidays come with many delicious treats, and I’m all for enjoying them! There’s room for all kinds of foods in a healthy lifestyle. I focus on meals that keep me feeling good and balanced so I can savor every holiday bite with gratitude and joy. My clients often report that planning nourishing meals helps them feel more in control and ready to indulge mindfully.
